It drafts a SWMS laid out around what the WHS Regulations say a SWMS must contain: the high risk construction work, the hazards and risks, the control measures, and how they will be put in place, monitored and reviewed. The draft is a starting point, not a finished legal document. The business doing the work has to check it against the actual job, consult the workers, and make sure it is followed on site.
