Quote library
Save the rates you price with, then price every job from them. The same work, priced the same way, every time.
Get started freeQuoting is the slow part of winning work. A library takes the rebuilding out of it.
Sam’s switchboard upgrade, priced from the library: saved rates in, the quote Sam opens out.
Save the labour, hire and other costs you use, at what they cost you. StandardsMate™ starts you off with typical Australian rates to change.
What a saved item holds
Tap a role and its rate fills in; you type the hours. StandardsMate adds up what the job costs you.
In this job
The electrician for 8 hours at $105 and the apprentice for 8 hours at $55 make $1,280 of labour, with $875 of materials on top.
Confirm the scope and StandardsMate builds the quote: labour at each person’s charge-out, materials at cost plus your markup.
Your markup
Set it in Settings under Documents, in Material markup: one percentage for everything (20% if left blank), or tiers by item cost, such as 100% on items under $50, 30% from $50 to $1,000 and 10% above.
It goes on materials when they go into a quote or invoice, in a job plan draft and when you confirm the scope. You can still change any line. Lines you type yourself, and lines the AI drafts on the Quote step, get none.
Sam sees the quote itemised or as one summary, never your costs or markup.
Change a rate or quantity on this quote. A rate you type stays yours if you rebuild from the scope, and the library keeps its own.
Choose itemised or one summary, preview it as Sam will get it, then send. Sam opens it on their phone.
Free to start. Save the labour, hire and other costs you use once, then price each job’s scope from them.
